Yes! Video chat was invented for such purposes. If you need to get under, on top, in front or back of, but most importantly inside any car, the Diag Docs will be your eyes and ears.




I'm stuck on the side of the road, can the Diag Docs help me to determine what could have happened?


Yes! You can use text, phone call, or video chat to get to the bottom of the problem, and provide a solution to get you back on the road.




A mechanic told me about the issue with my car, I went to get a printout of the code. I'm confused and need clarification, can you help?


Yes! First we would need to talk about what's going on, next we would discuss what the mechanic said and get the code to come to a solution.




I need to replace my brakes and rotors. I need help with looking up the parts and putting them on, can you help?


Yes, we can help with that. First I need the make, model and year of the vehicle. We'll give you a list of all the parts you will need and their tools. Next step would be to contact us once you have all the parts.




I need to put a new engine in my car, can you help?

My vehicle is shaking and the check engine light on the dashboard is blinking, what's wrong?
